Following this spirit, we are sharing this program with you that is built around healing in community. Tapping into resources that range from the most modern neuroscience to the most ancient wisdom traditions. Our intention is to create a community of regular practice, exploration and support for our individual and collective healing, transformation, and connection.

What will we learn and explore?
This cohort will be dedicated to Healing Family Trauma and Ancestral Wounds, the Foundations for All our Relationships.

We want to emphasize that the deepest intention here is for you to learn and grow by doing and experiencing live, right in the moment, in the program, to create change and transform in and throughout the program.

How?

Experiential exercises that you will be guided through to practice together, and to practice each week on your own at work and at home; working in small groups on the calls; and working directly with us.

Each program is directed at a specific theme and lasts 4 weeks. We meet once a week on Sunday for approximately 2hours. You are invited to meet once more during the week with other participants for an experience share.

Will you be able to bring your questions and issues into the program?

Yes! Learning happens faster and deeper when it relates directly to something that matters to us in our lives.

Is this personal therapy?  No, this is an educational experience and a shared experience of personal growth.

What if I can’t join one of the Sunday sessions?

Don’t you worry, we’ve got you! Our Sunday Calls will be recorded and made available to you in case you miss a session.

Are there any live courses planned?

Once our group has started to form and grow together, we will also offer intensive in-person group sessions (3-4 days extended weekends) at a remote setting in Germany/USA.

Is there a cost for participation?

Yes. The current rate for this program 149€ + VAT for any 4-week rolling program. Should you find yourself in financial difficulty, we are happy to provide scholarship rates and discuss with you personally what works for your right now. Just contact us!
