Our mind and body alike contribute to our overall wellbeing. One without the other is prone to weaken and cause distress. This course starts exactly here. Building an ally within yourself to increase mental and physical resilience alike. You learn easy to use tools and techniques to build a strong partnership between conscious and unconscious mind that will improve your body’s natural defenses and promote your overall health and wellbeing. During this 3.5-day course, participants learn to improve communication within themselves, to notice subtle non-verbal differences when communicating with others and experience a playful way to improve their own state of mind and creativity.

We dive into simple and safe patterns to overcome fear, phobias and other mental health challenges, touch upon fields like mindfulness and meditation and tap into other proven disciplines like Classic & New Code NLP to give you the toolbox you need to be prepared for whatever challenges the future might hold. And to top things off, there’s a chance to get wet on Sunday morning and enjoy a gentle guided ice-bathing experience in the Isar river. No need to worry if ice baths aren’t your thing - simply being there will provide insights and learnings guaranteed! We look forward to welcoming you in October / November!
